Android app Trampômetro: Rescisão e Férias (Brazilian labor-law calculator) · Controller: VNM Apps / JGV Labs (individual developer) · Effective date: October 13, 2026
The app itself is available in Brazilian Portuguese only. The Portuguese version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.
In short. Trampômetro estimates severance pay, vacation pay, 13th salary, net salary, overtime and unemployment insurance under Brazilian labor law. The values you type (salary, dates, dependents, averages) and the results stay on your device only.
There is no account, no login and no server of ours. We have no access to your salary, your dates or your calculations — none of that leaves the device. What does leave is only what advertising, consent and usage/crash analytics send, described below.
The processing described here is carried out by VNM Apps / JGV Labs, an individual developer based in Brazil ("we"). Contact for any privacy matter, including data-protection requests: vnmapps@protonmail.com.
| Data | Purpose | Where it stays |
|---|---|---|
| Values you type in the forms: salary, hiring and termination dates, termination type, notice period, number of dependents, absences, overtime, averages and previous salaries | The app's function: running the calculation and showing the breakdown | On your device only |
| Calculation history: the breakdown, total, date and the nickname you give it | Reopening, editing and sharing a calculation later | On your device only (local database) |
| Remembered values (salary, dependents, hiring date) and app preferences | Pre-filling the next forms | On your device only |
| PDF of the breakdown | Created when you tap share; saved to the app's temporary folder and sent wherever you choose through the Android share sheet | On your device and wherever you send it |
| Android advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data | Serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud (Google AdMob) | Processed by Google under its own policy |
| Usage and crash data: fixed-name events with categorical parameters (e.g. "calculation done, type severance, mode dismissal without cause"; "result shared as PDF"), app version, device model and OS, technical crash report | Understanding which features are used, fixing errors and improving the app (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics) | Processed by Google. Never includes salary, calculated amounts, dates or typed text |
We do not collect your name, tax ID (CPF), email, phone number, employer name, contacts, photos, files or location. The app does not access any government system. We do not profile you to make decisions about you and do not use your data to train AI models.
AD_ID, added by the Google AdMob SDK) — used for ads only. Analytics is configured not to collect the advertising ID.The app does not request storage, photos, contacts, camera, microphone or location permissions.
Trampômetro works without an account and without a server. There is no sync, no login and no database of ours holding your calculations. We cannot read, list, sell or share your salary or history — there is no technical path for that.
Text and PDFs you share leave the device only when you decide, to the app you choose; from then on, that app's rules apply.
Android backup: if Android's automatic backup is on, the system may copy app data to your Google account (yours, not ours). You can turn it off in Android's backup settings.
You do not need to ask us anything, because none of your calculations is held by us. For ad and diagnostic data processed by Google, see sections 7 and 11.
Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR:
Trampômetro is free and funded by Google AdMob ads. Google and its partners may collect the device advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's advertising policies.
Where ads appear: a banner at the bottom of screens and, occasionally, a full-screen ad when you leave a result. There is never an ad between tapping "Calcular" and the result, and results, PDFs and history never depend on ads. An optional rewarded video under More gives 2 hours without ads; skipping it costs nothing.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before showing personalized ads and before turning on analytics and crash reporting. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time under More → Privacy and ads ("Privacidade e anúncios") in the app. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. Events have fixed names and categorical parameters (calculation type, termination mode, shared format), plus app version, device model and technical error text.
We never send salary, calculated amounts, dates, number of dependents, company names or any text you type. Analytics does not collect the advertising ID. Collection starts off and is only enabled after the consent check; where consent is required and you decline, it stays off.
We do not sell or rent data. Sharing is limited to service providers needed for the app to work, each with its own policy:
Google may process data outside your country; such international transfers rely on Google's contractual safeguards (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Analytics events are kept for the period configured in Firebase (up to 14 months); crash reports for the Crashlytics period (up to 90 days). Ad data follows Google's retention periods. Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent, under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR. Since none of your calculations is held by us, most requests are handled on the device itself (section 5). For ad and diagnostic data, withdraw consent in the app, reset your advertising ID and use Google's tools. You can reach us at vnmapps@protonmail.com — we reply within 15 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD; in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority).
Trampômetro is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children or teenagers and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Because calculations stay on the device and we keep no user databases, there is no salary or history on any server of ours that could be exposed. Network traffic (ads, consent, diagnostics) uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Protect your device with a screen lock: anyone who unlocks it can open the history.
Trampômetro provides estimates based on Brazil's official 2026 tables. It is not an official app, does not represent any government body and does not replace the calculation by your employer, union, accountant or lawyer.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date at the top.
