By installing or using ProvaCam you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application and uninstall it. These terms apply to the version distributed by Google Play; if you obtained the application by another route, the relationship is still with VNM Apps / JGV Labs.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use ProvaCam on your device, for personal or professional purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, decompile or modify the application, nor remove authorship notices, except where the law obliges it.
The application is licensed, not sold: ownership of the software and of the ProvaCam, VNM Apps and JGV Labs marks remains ours.
The photos, videos, projects and other content you create with the application are yours. We claim no rights over your material and we have no access to it: it stays on your device and, if you enable backup, in a folder of your own Google Drive account.
ProvaCam is free and is funded by ads shown by Google AdMob. The ads are served and controlled by Google; we do not choose the advertisers and we have no access to the data Google processes for that, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The application is a camera: you decide what and whom to photograph or film. You are responsible for:
The stamp is built from information on your own device: the system clock, GPS satellites and network, and the address estimated by Android's geocoding service. That information may be inaccurate or unavailable (weak signal, indoor environment, clock set incorrectly or approximate address).
The stamp is informational. We do not certify, authenticate or guarantee the accuracy of what was recorded. For any use where accuracy has legal, technical or contractual consequences, confirm the data by your own means. The application is a recording tool, not a certification or forensic service.
The application uses Google services, which have their own terms and policies and may change without our control:
If you enable backup, the use of Google Drive is also subject to your Google account terms. Unavailability of those services may temporarily interrupt uploads, without affecting the captures already saved on the device.
Recording videos consumes battery and storage, and backup consumes your mobile data allowance. The application shows the size and the configuration before recording, and you choose the quality; even so, usage is your responsibility, especially outside Wi-Fi networks.
We may release new versions, fix defects, change features or discontinue the application, whenever there is technical or legal reason. We may also update these terms: the current version is published on this page with the date at the top. Continued use after a change means agreement.
The application is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that it will meet a specific purpose of yours. You are responsible for keeping copies of your relevant files — including the copies in Drive, which are under your control.
To the extent Brazilian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, data loss through misuse, deletion performed by the user, failure of third-party services (Google, carrier, device) or use of the captured material contrary to these terms or to the law.
Nothing here removes the rights the Brazilian Consumer Code grants you.
If you use the application in a way that violates the law or third-party rights (for example, capturing or disclosing images without authorisation), you are liable for it and you hold us harmless from complaints, costs and awards arising from that misuse.
You may terminate this contract at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate provision in case of use that violates these terms, the law or the Google Play policies.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. In consumer relationships, the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile applies, as provided in the Brazilian Consumer Code. In other cases, the courts of Indaiatuba/SP, Brazil are elected.
